What a lovely day yesterday walking in the bluebell woods with my friends and Dex, followed by a gorgeous birthday brunch and then Vivaldi's Four Seasons by candlelight, culminating in a scrumptious Turkish meal with my husband . Thank you, feeling the love ❤️

We love how beautiful nature is and are grateful every day for the joy it brings especially when we planted the wisteria a few years ago and it's still alive!

It's the little things ✨️

The best part of the Manse Method® is you dont have to talk about your negative experiences. Powerful!

Not having to talk about and relive her trauma was a game-changer this this lovely client. It's so rewarding having a gift to give to others. Blessed🙏

⚠️ TRIGGER WARNING ⚠️
This post references violent assault, being held hostage, and trauma responses. Please read with care.

Next week on Dreamcatcher Radio, we’ll be sharing a conversation that goes beyond headlines and into the reality of healing after trauma.

We’ll be joined by Deanne, who survived a terrifying experience being attacked and held hostage in her own home and has since found the courage to tell her story in her upcoming book.

This interview is not about sensationalising what happened.
It’s about what came after.

Deanne speaks honestly about the impact trauma had on her mind and body including hyper-vigilance, anxiety, and the loss of safety that so many survivors quietly live with. She shares how writing became a powerful part of her healing process, helping her make sense of her experience and connect with others who may be struggling in silence.

We also talk about support what truly helps after trauma, what doesn’t, and how friends and family can show up in ways that actually make a difference. Deanne reflects on the role of her faith, and how it provided grounding and strength during some of her darkest moments.

This is a conversation about courage, resilience, and the reality that healing is not linear, but it is possible.

If you or someone you love has experienced trauma, this interview may resonate deeply. Please listen with care and know you’re not alone.

Join us next week on Dreamcatcher Radio for a compassionate, honest, and deeply human conversation with Deanne.

Sometimes the most powerful stories aren’t about what was done to someone, but about how they found their way forward.
