Helen has been coming to me pretty much every 4-8 weeks for around 10 years for facials.

Over the years we have used various different facial techniques and products. Helen loves to try anything new and also loves a lovely relaxing, de stressing facial.

We have used a combination of microdermabrasion / hydrofacial / peels / oxygen facials and most recently lifting and draining massage techniques

Helen has never had Botox / Fillers / Skin Boosters

And would you believe Helen is….. 68!! 😳 just look how incredible she looks this is purely from a good diet, good lifestyle and a consistent skin care routine

I showed Blair this picture last night and asked what age he thought Helen was and he said late 40’s SKIN GOALS right there 😍

So it turns out I’m not also terrible for remembering to take pictures of my work but I’m also terrible for uploading pics 🙈

My phone keeps telling me that I can’t take any more pictures as I don’t have enough storage and whilst trying to clear out pictures I have found loads of work ones that I haven’t even posted before 😂

How Many Hydro Treatments Do I Need? 🧐

Wow what a busy couple of days I have had…

Yesterday I finished of September with a day of back to back Top to Toe treatments which was just the perfect warming treatment for Autumn all the cosy vibes 🍂

Today was non stop, nails, facials and waxing, including one of my clients finishing off her course of 4 Carboxytherapy facials and the results were sooo good! (I’ll pop a seperate post for this soon)
