✨ How My Mobile Appointments Work ✨

Booking a relaxing treatment in the comfort of your own home couldn’t be easier! Here’s everything you need to know:

📅 Monthly Availability
At the beginning of each month, I’ll post the dates I’ll be visiting each area. Simply send me a DM with your preferred date and the treatment you’d like to book.

🚗 Travel Fee
A £5 travel fee applies per client, or per household if more than one person is having a treatment at the same address.
No travel fee applies within a 7-mile radius of G42.

💳 Deposits
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This is fully refundable if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of your treatment. I accept cash or card (please note I don’t carry change).

🧖‍♀️ Facial Appointments
If you’ve booked a facial, I’ll need access to a plug socket close to where I’ll be setting up so I can use my facial steamer.

🏢 If You Live in a Flat
Please let me know when booking if you live in a flat, as I’ll need to allow a little extra time for setting up. Standard set-up time is around 5 minutes.

💗 Client Policy
For my own comfort and safety, I provide treatments for female clients only. The only exception is when a male client is booked as part of a couples’ session.

✨ Group bookings are always welcome! Why not book your appointment at the same time as your bestie, family member, or neighbour? It’s a great way to make the most of my visit to the area.

Just a little note ahead of my move to mobile appointments. 🤍

For my own safety and peace of mind, I’ll be treating female clients only when working mobile.

I hope everyone can understand that this decision has been made purely to help protect myself while I’m travelling and working alone.

The only exception will be duo appointments for couples, which I’m still happy to offer.

There will be a £5 travel charge per client, or if you’re booking in with friends it’s just £5 per household for travel. All treatment prices are staying exactly the same.

I’ll be in the Ayrshire area every other Tuesday and Friday (flexibility is available for group bookings) , so there are plenty of chances to get booked in. It’s the perfect excuse to get the girls together for a little pamper session! 💆‍♀️✨

If you’d like an August appointment, please pop me a DM as I already have some annual leave booked, so availability will be a little more limited.

🩷 A New Chapter for My Business 🩷

After a lot of consideration, I have made the decision to no longer operate as a salon based therapist and will instead be moving to a fully mobile service!

This means you can still book me for all of your usual treatments, but from week commencing 27th July, I’ll be coming to you in the comfort of your own home.

I know some of you may be sad that you won’t be able to visit me in the salon anymore - trust me, I feel exactly the same! 🥹 However, this new way of working brings some great benefits too. No need to travel or park, or rush around before your appointment. Instead, you can relax and enjoy your treatments from the comfort of your own home, with even more flexibility around appointments.

✨ What does this mean for pricing? ✨

To help cover fuel costs, there will be a small £5 mobile fee per client, but the core prices of all treatments will remain exactly the same.

💳 Mobile Booking Deposits 💳

To secure your mobile appointment, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refundable provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice.

🎁 Gift Vouchers 🎁

If you have a gift voucher, don’t worry! You can either use it for a salon appointment before 27th July, or save it and book a mobile appointment after I make the move. £5 mobile fuel cost will apply still to voucher appointments.
