With a very high rise in whooping cough cases (which is a very deadly virus for bump) and me being pregnant, having a low immune system and haven’t had my whooping cough vaccine yet (awaiting it) I would really appreciate it if you could please reschedule.

POLICY REMINDER 🩷⚠️

⚠️Hello ladies just a reminder as our policy states no show, cancellations less than 24hrs notice will have a fee to pay this is due to many reasons.⚠️

Lots of salons do this now as it affects the business and their personal life’s and it’s very unfair for the ones that don’t obey the rules to get away with it unfortunately it’s not regulars it’s a few new people
(NOT every new client!!) I would like to say I understand life things get in the way but unfortunately that also effects me and my business and I do bend the rules a lot for people when comes to this but unfortunately I can’t no more.

From now on every new client/ non regulars that would like to book an appointment will have to pay a deposit regardless if you phone book, message book or use the online system to book I will then send a kind message of deposit amount and details over. Appointment then will go ahead once deposit is received. Unfortunately it’s had to get like this which I hate but unfortunately nothing I can do.

I’m more than happy to move appointments if a last minute thing has popped up and I have space to move you that week but the deposit will be kept and taken off that appointment. (Rescheduled appointment would have to be booked in that week also)
