We have been experiencing a high volume of cancellations very close to the appointment time! These appointment slots are impossible to fill with such short notice, therefore we are implementing a 50% charge of any appointment cancelled with less than 24hrs.
Every hour we don’t work we don’t get paid and we are also experiencing the ridiculous hikes in the cost of living!

We understand that it is not a requirement to isolate anymore, however, we are now getting back on our feet after a trying 2 years and really don’t want to take time off due to illness 😷

As from 1st of March 2022 due to rising costs from suppliers and energy companies we have had to implement a small increase in our prices, we hope you understand ☺️

Salon policy.
We have updated our policy of missed appointments, previously we have just let it go and accepted a loss of earnings, however , now due to rising costs we can no longer let it go, so we have taken a hard decision to charge for missed appointments, missed appointments will be charged at 50% of the service cost, appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at 25% of the service cost.
Our sector has been hit so hard due to Covid 19 we have no choice in order to continue operating!

Important notice
Over the last few weeks we have had a lot of no shows and last minute cancellations, we understand that things crop up but please be mindful our industry has been hit very hard during the pandemic, we have only had income for 5 months out of 12!
We are all self employed so no working no money… all we ask is that you cancel your appointment rather than just not turn up that gives us a chance to fill that appointment!
Unfortunately we have had to make the decision to charge 25% of the missed appointment.
We appreciate your understanding and support at a difficult time.

£30 per day chair rent... fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and professional team! You must have at least 2 years experience, an existing clientele would be beneficial with the chance to grow further!

If anyone needs a skin test we will be there from 10 to do them for you, please remember we won’t be able to colour your hair without a skin test if it’s been longer than 6 months since you had a colour with us or if you have used a box colour!!

Hey, so better news today, so we have been given the 12th April as the date we can hopefully reopen, as this is not definite we will not be making any bookings until the week before when we are confident that it will go ahead!
