Good morning, unfortunately due to the amount of no shows/ late cancellations we have, we’re going to have to enforce our cancellation policy. We’re saddened to have to do this as it’s not a nice thing to enforce, but we as a small business have no choice, It has a huge effect on our salon.
Cancellation policy is as shown:
Less than 48hrs notice 50% of appointment booked.
No show/ same day cancellation full payment of appointment booked.
