Everyone seems to lead such busy lives these days and yet too much stress can really affect our physical, mental and emotional health. It is therefore really important to take some time out to do something you really enjoy. Try to spend some time each day to do something just for you.

I have been trying my hand at mandala dot painting - the “Flower of Life” on canvas. It’s so relaxing and therapeutic 😍

After washing, cleansing and recharging my crystals today they are looking much more vibrant and sparkly 💫. Didn’t realise I had quite so many though as still many more to go! 😍
