Hi everyone, I’m really sorry to have to post something so negative, but unfortunately I’ve had a full week of last-minute cancellations.

I’m fully booked until near the end of the month, which means I’m often turning other clients away. When appointments are cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, it’s almost impossible for me to fill those spaces, leaving me with a loss of income.

Going forward, if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours and wish to rebook, a payment of 50% of the treatment cost will be required before a new appointment can be made. Failure to do so will mean I won’t be able to accept any future bookings.
