🤍 A little message for my clients 🤍

With the warm weather over the next few weeks, I'll do my best to keep the studio as cool and comfortable as possible. However, it's a wooden studio so it can get quite warm during hotter days💭

Please come to your appointment in loose, comfortable clothing and bring a drink with you to stay hydrated for longer appointments☀️

For those who may not already know, I am Type 1 diabetic. Occasionally, the heat can cause my blood sugars to drop, which may mean I need to briefly pause to treat it. If this happens, it won't take long, and I'll be back to your appointment as quickly as possible.
