Dear lovely customers,
The time has come to say goodbye.
As some of you already know, I’m moving to Edinburgh in the new year to start an exciting (and slightly scary!) new chapter. I feel incredibly lucky to have met so many kind, wonderful people through this little business. Thank you from the deepest part of my heart for your trust, your support, your loyalty, and for every single smile you brought through my way.
I’ll still be here offering massages in my usual weekend slots until the end of December 2025. There are still a few spaces left — if you’d like one last appointment (I’d love that), just drop me a message ♡ I’m going to miss you all more than words can say. With so much love and gratitude,
Kasia

Cranial release - my star technique.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is one of my favorite techniques - usually gentle, yet very powerful, effective. I enjoy both performing it as much as receiving it.
By its versatility it will
- relieve compression in the head, neck and lower back
- reduce tensional headaches
- release head, neck & shoulders restriction resulting in pain relief
- improve range of movement in head and neck
- reduce of emotional and physical tension and stress
Face Lift-up - is more than just a massage. It's a deep-acting technique that restores skin’s elasticity, firmness, and natural facial contours.
🌸Face Lift-up = relaxation + lifting + finished with a mini facial ritual.

If you are looking:
👉 for relaxation,
👉you want to get rid of pain and excessive tension,
👉you want to increase the range of motion and flexibility of the body,
Advanced Deep Tissue (DTM) with elements of Myofascial Release (MFR) is for you.
What does massage look like?
Performed passively or with the active participation of the patient. Without the use of lubricants (or with minimal lubrication), it focuses on working with the fascia – the most sensitive structure in our body.
The fascia adapts to our movement patterns – both normal and abnormal, which can cause tension and dysfunction.

Facial massage does more than reduce wrinkles—it relieves stress and boosts wellness. By engaging the trigeminal (V) and facial (VII) nerves, linked to the vagus nerve (X), it promotes:
Stress Relief: Lowers cortisol, easing emotional and physical tension.
Relaxation: Slows heart rate and supports bronchodilation.
Less Inflammation: Enhances homeostasis, aiding skin and body health.
Glowing Skin: Improves circulation for a radiant look.
Make an appointment for a massage that will soothe stress and restore peace.

Stiff hip joints often cause lower back pain due to limited flexion, extension, or rotation, forcing the lumbar spine (L4-S1) to compensate, leading to muscle tension and pain.
Examples: stiff hips cause lumbar bending when sitting, tilting during running, or twisting with torso movement.
Solutions: Improve hip mobility (flexion, extension, rotation).
Train hips to move, stabilizing the lower back.
Exercise smartly and consult a therapist for tailored advice.
Check your hips if you have recurring lower back pain.
