🤍 Cancellation Policy 🤍

Unfortunately, I’m going to have to start taking deposits and enforcing my cancellation policy.

💷 £10 deposit required per treatment

Cancellations 24 hours or less / no-shows:
50% of the treatment cost will need to be paid before you’re able to book in again.

48 hours or more notice:
No charge.

I will always try my best to work with you, and I completely understand that things can happen. However, today alone I’ve had 4 same-day cancellations and no-shows, which has meant losing £120 worth of appointments which obviously isn’t sustainable.

I source the best products, organise childcare and have business overheads to pay. This isn’t just a hobby for me — this job puts food on the table and keeps a roof over my son’s head. 🤍

When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or someone doesn’t show, I often can’t fill that space, which means I lose that income.

Please, if you know you’re not going to make your appointment, just send me a message as soon as possible. I will always try to work with you where I can, but I also need to protect my time, my income and my small business.
