Well... its midnight and im still in full rage mode. I never get angry on here but...i had the unfortunate pleasure of a lady coming into the salon today, I was cutting a client and another very young girl who wanted "quiet time" waiting.
Me: hiya how can i help you?
Them: Well you can start by a sorry as i came on saturday to a locked shop. ( NOT ANY HELLO )
Me: do you have the right salon? As i do not work saturdays.
Them. Ive waited 7 weeks for that appointment. (More rudeness) ( not listening to me at all.) Checked books tried to help.
Them: not happy storms out.
Me: trying to be polite ( full salon )
I could not say what i wanted,

I Will now.

DO NOT darken my business again. Or any other salon/business in KBT. We do not need that level of self entitled bull s**t.
You offended my customers and upset a wee lass that needed quiet time, not a numpty. Think before you act .

Small business who work 10 to 12 hour days do not need that. Nae body does!!

Be kind . There are much BETTER ways of addressing situations.

stay kind
