I have a policy of 50% for no show or last minute cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment. Nearly every salon has this in place, infact a lot of places have it at 100%. I really can't stress this enough ( i do not like this policy!!!!!) and I hate having to police it especially when people have illnesses or things going on in their life. However this is in place to protect my small buisness if I dont work i dont get paid but have to pay my overheads amd have to find that money to do so still which if I have to do a lot I will fully lose my business. So many of my clients are super understanding and supportive of this policy and understand why I have it in place. However I write this because i've sadly had abuse thats been very damaging to not only my business but also my mental health over it. Ive had a hard year as most know and understand, so I know more than anyone things happen that can't be helped but I can't lose my buisness on top. I do this policy for my business like how everyone else has in place. I had to endure a lot of abuse and personal abuse recently because I have this policy in place, I will and can't accept that. People who carry on to do that will be banned from the salon, ive worked with the public my whole working life but never received the amount of abuse as I have recently for this policy everyone has in place. I thank you so much to my loyal clients that fully understand and are so lovely with myself and also kasha, we thank you for your custom 💕🥰
