CANCELLATIONS❣️

Unfortunately and disappointingly we seem to have had a higher amount of last min cancellations than usual!?

Since being back after/during Covid i'm afraid our time is more precious than ever and so we have decided to enforce our previously fairly relaxed rules!!?

Due to working around a strict rota system please be aware there is no room movement or rearranging appointments.

If you CANCEL LAST MINUTE or within 48 hours of your appointment time and we don't manage to fill your space please be aware...

• Having no space to manoeuvre means you will be put on the waiting list for next year!?

• You can/will be added to the already growing cancellation list.

• You Will be charged the original deposit price to get booked back in.

• If you have multiple day sittings booked in?? You will still need to pay another £100 deposit asap to secure your bookings

or

You will lose the financial benefits of our Day Sits & Super Sits, as your remaining sittings will be reduced to 4hrs each. Allowing our other patiently waiting customers to have some tattoo time and help to guarantee a days wage x

•Please inform us as soon as possible if you think you can't make your appointments?

If you have a genuine reason Cash Flow, Funeral, Covid, Isolation etc etc Then do please let us know ASAP, but be please aware if your Facebook stories tell us otherwise you will still have pay a deposit before you can get back in!

DEPOSITS 🧡

Just to clarify the £30, £50 or £100 deposit does not even come close to covering the consulting time, admin, time, effort & artistry that goes into designing your tattoos (which is all done outside of our normal working tattoo hours) It's just a way of making sure you come to your appointment.. and this will come off of the final price on your last sitting x

So... If you are a "Total No Show" no contact, no reason, no nothing, last minute mind changer, message blocker or time waster (yes we do get these!!) The Artwork will be passed on to our apprentices to offer out to the masses, so that the time and effort put into creating these designs is not completely wasted xx

ARTWORK 💕

All of our artists are Super Busy almost always doing tomorrows artwork the day before... working into the early hours or it getting up at 5am to be ready for you 😊

We very rarely are more than a few days ahead with our artwork if at all!

So please be patient and trust that your artwork will be ready for you on the day.

Our very thorough consultations means we pretty much always have your design bang on and usually the perfect size. Any changes can be made with you on the day of your appointment meaning you get exactly what you want xx
