WHY I SAID NO TO MORE LIP FILLER TODAY 👄
A client attended today wanting more filler, but I could see existing filler migration around the lips.
So I said no.
Filler migration can occur when filler moves beyond the area it was originally placed. The lips are particularly prone to noticeable migration due to their anatomy and constant movement.
Adding more filler when migration is already present can sometimes make the appearance worse — more filler isn’t always the answer.
At Serendipity Aesthetics, I won’t inject simply because someone is willing to pay.
If I don’t believe a treatment is appropriate, I will tell you honestly — even if that means losing a sale.
