June 5th made it officially 5 months into my weightloss journey. I am looking more like my old self.

Really proud of my progress.

What's stopping you from achieving your childhood ambitions??

It could be age
It could be wisdom.
Or maybe life has simply taught me a few hard truths.

After thirty-something years on this earth, I've learned that not every battle is worth fighting, not every relationship is meant to last, and not every disappointment is a loss.

I've come to value peace over proving a point, gratitude over comparison, and growth over perfection.

The older I get, the more I realize that life's greatest blessings are often the simple things we once took for granted.

Maybe it's age. Maybe it's wisdom. Or maybe it's just life teaching me what truly matters.

Maturity is not about age; it is about how you respond to life.

It is choosing peace when you have every reason to fight. It is knowing when to speak and when silence is wiser. It is understanding that not every battle deserves your energy and not every opinion requires your response.

A mature person does not seek revenge, applause, or validation from others. They focus on growth, wisdom, and becoming a better version of themselves.

True maturity is being able to control your emotions instead of allowing your emotions to control you.

The older we grow, the more we realize that protecting our peace, guarding our character, and treating others with kindness are far more valuable than winning arguments.

Grow in wisdom. Grow in grace. Grow in maturity.

Today which is the international nurses day and also marks the end of nurses week,
I Feel truly grateful and honoured to receive these recognition awards. ❤️

Nursing is indeed very challenging profession

A big thank you to my matrons, manager, and amazing team for the support, encouragement and team work. I do not take it for granted.

To God be the glory for the strength to keep showing up and giving my best every day.
