This day 6 years ago I took my buisness Beauty by Charl from a mobile service to a full time salon service inside Fit Bodies Health Club !

The journey so far has been incredible, and I couldn't have done it without all my incredible clients and friends not only for booking with me but , sharing my posts , recommending me , and all your positivity 💕

For the last few weeks iv had a temp ban on this page due to my price list 🤦‍♀️🤯

Iv not been able to open or reply to any message sent via FB and now i cant even log in.

I will be creating a new profile for the buisness over the next couple of months instead of a page so hopfully this dosnt happen again.

☆☆☆ Price list from the 1st Sept ☆☆☆

This is the first time since opening , that iv had to increase my prices , some treatments iv been able to keep the same price others have had a slight increase.
There are a few treatments that iv decided not to carry on with, but plenty left to choose from , so please have a look through 😊

Friday evening and Saturdays are nearly booked up now untill christmas, so my regulars for weekday appointments please get booked in over the next couple of weeks so avoid disappointment!

My new policy will come into effect from the 1st , iv also put one up in my room if you need to read 😃

Over the years iv proudly helped many clients to feel better through massage and relaxation, to help them live a more comfortable life and help with muscle tension , aches and pain. However along side this I always recommend some sort of training within the gym , this is to support there journey to be stronger , flexible, and more comfortable in their bodies.This can range from Tai chi , group classes , gentle exercise, bootcamps or PTs within the gym all to help build up the muscles to support your body , flexibility to help with tightness , or just routine structure to make it a lifestyle, both massage and training I firmly belive go hand in hand and the result from my clients doing both have been positively HUGE!!! As you can see there is a a range of extremely qualified and knowledgeable team within Fitbodies who passion for a positive and healthy lifestyle is as passionate as mine. Take a look , pop in and speak to any member of staff and they will be happy to help you! 🏃‍♀️🧖‍♀️🏋‍♀️🧖

I now have opened my waiting list, and like in previous years, if there is a cancellation, I will work my through it 😀

If there are any of my regular clients that haven't booked, please inbox me, and I will get back to you over this week.

Please remember that any cancellations less than 24 hours will incur the full amount of the treatment booked in . This must be paid , unfortunately, there have been times when this has been ignored, and Iv had no response. Please respect that this is my income to provide for my family.

From September, there will be some changes that will include policies, working hours, treatments, and treatment prices. I will start to post this towards then.

WOW!!!!
In May , i had the privilege to spray tan some of these incredible people who have been putting in a crazy amount of hard work and dedication for months ready for a fitness photo shoot 📸🏋‍♀️🏋‍♂️

Using 1 hour tan ment each individual could leave on their tan however long they wished , giving them full control of the shade they wanted but also helping to show that definition adding that finishing touch to all their hard work!

The photo shoot took place at with our very own coach who also got involved and helped us to get the best out of our hard work along with Our photographer who wanted to expand into fitness photography and made us all feel comfortable in front of the camera 📷
