Looking forward to seeing everyone at my Pilates class on Thursday ! It seems like an age since my treatments in September and being away in October , excited to be doing what I love and grateful that I can still do, maybe not to the same level, but enough to be able to teach well and demonstrate! Thankyou all !

Surprisingly a year on after all the illness and surgery, we finally got here ! Feeling thankful even with all the organisation with medications etc ! My husband been waiting patiently to get to his dream destination and we finally made it! Day 1 - tantalising all the senses , amazing even with jet lag

Blast from the past running the great north run ! 🏃‍♀️ Starting to appreciate the small things in life as the Big things don’t seem really important when it comes to it ! So thankful I could do everything I did and being as strong and fit as I was, it allowed me to be able to go through all the surgery and keep fighting I will never be the same or as fit or be able to run the marathons or triathlons but I will keep on trying !

Yes I made it to the top of the glazier 🙌🏼 hoping my lungs are healing !
