Seated bicycles, 3-4 twists per side, avoid the foot landing back down.

Side plank with a needle thread. Either with the knees down or from the feet, both variants shown.

Slow and controlled sit ups. Arms crossed = harder.

Rather than hollow, you can place your elbows down on the ground for support and draw in the knees.

Crunch, both traditional and in tabletop

Bear plank with optional walk out to high plank

Russian twist😮‍💨 also can be performed with the feet flat on the ground.
