🌿 The Welcome: We begin with a personal aromatherapy mist, depending on what your mind and body need in that exact moment.

✨ The Alignment: I use my crystal dowsing pendulum to gently discover which of your chakras are blocked, placing beautiful, supportive crystals on your energy centers.

🥣 The Sound: A small, soothing sound bath using a traditional Tibetan singing bowl clears the air and eases you into a deep state of relaxation.

🙌 The Healing: After opening your energy fields, I channel gentle, restoring Reiki energy to where you need it most.

🪵 The Grounding: We softly close your energy fields and finish with a grounding aromatherapy spray to bring you gently back to earth, feeling light, peaceful, and centered.
