What to expect after polynucleotide treatment:

Immediately after treatment, it is normal to have small raised bumps or little lumps at the injection points. This is the product sitting under the skin and usually settles within 24–48 hours, though in some areas like the neck it can occasionally take a little longer.

Mild redness, tenderness, and slight swelling can also happen and typically calm down within a day or two.

Bruising is possible, especially in delicate areas, and can last anywhere from a few days to around 7–10 days depending on the individual.
Most downtime is minimal, but it is common to look and feel slightly “treated” for the first 24–48 hours before the skin settles.

Results develop gradually over the following weeks as the regenerative effects begin.
