So I’ll ask you gently: Where are YOU in all of this?
We say the phrase all the time at CORE Sanctuary ‘you can’t pour from an empty cup’ and yet the guilt creeps in the moment you spend time or money on yourself.
Please hear this, looking after yourself isn’t selfish. It’s what allows you to keep showing up for everyone else, with more patience, more energy, more you.
So don’t wait until the cup is empty.

Teenage skin...
Now everyone has settled back into school, college, University or the next stage of life?
For teenagers, these changes can bring excitement, but also anxiety, pressure and uncertainty.

There’s something about that song that makes you stop for a moment and think.
The pebbles have been tossed around by the waves, shaped and smoothed by everything they’ve been through — and somehow, they’re still beautiful.
Maybe we’re a little like that.
Life throws us around sometimes. Work, family, responsibilities, change… but we keep going.
Sometimes we just need to stop, breathe and let someone else take care of us for a while.
