Free Beach sound healing meditation

Come along and experience the bliss of sound of healing . With the sun and sound of the ocean in the background . Let the sand beneath help ground and bring you back to nature as i bathe you in the beautiful sounds of , crystal and Tibetan bowls .

You only need to bring yourself however most people like to lay down on a yoga mat, towel or blanket . Sound if full accessible so if you are not blue to lay down and would feel more comfortable in a chair or any other way you can fully relax please do so .

I ask that if you are hard of hearing you come closer to me to fully feel the benefits.
