Role: Children’s Autism Support Worker
Location: Holywell
Salary: £10-£11 per hour, £45 per sleep in

About the role:
Here at Lavoro Care we are currently supplying experienced support workers to work with young people with autism, our staff work with each individual to help them overcome the difficulties autism presents them with, enabling them to lead a fulfilling life. Our support begins with the client, along with a shared understanding of what is important to them and what their strengths and needs are. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest quality care in a safe and positive environment
- Listening and using non-verbal communication

- Assisting with mealtimes
- Personal care as/when required

Skills Required:
- Minimum 6 months experience working in a care/support setting
