What horrible and uncertain times we're currently living through.

Last week was a tough call as to whether or not to stay open. One side being scared with this virus spreading. Not just for me but for my little team and our customers. The other side being scared because I don't know what will happen to Riffraff if we shut our doors. We chose to stay open, waiting to hear otherwise. Tonight, Boris Johnson has told all shops that aren't necessary to close up and lock down.

I'm going to go the shop tomorrow and grab my diary so I can try get in touch with all of you to let you know we won't be open for the foreseeable. I'll leave a note on the shutter. If you are booked in or you know of someone that is booked in, please let them know we are closed.

Please everyone keep safe, stay at home, look after your loved ones and neighbours. If you're feeling unwell call 111. Even for the slightest symptoms.

Fingers crossed this lock down will slow things down. Sooner it happens the quicker we can all brush ourselves off and start piecing together normal life again. Doubt it'll be the same after this. All we can do is keep calm and keep smiling.

Hello everyone!

Just to let you know we are still open and taking bookings!
To try and help things along were going to try and stick with card payments, not have magazines and ask customers to bring in their own mug/travel mug with them for drinks.

Please let me know if you can't make it. We'll either reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you're feeling unwell, follow the guidelines from the government and stay at home!

Try to support your local businesses where you can. Alot of places won't survive if we all go into proper lock down.

Myself and my super hard working team have turned our salon into a 5☆ salon again!

Our new and improved loyalty cards have arrived!!

Last year we had to make a tough decision to put all our prices up. This year we are in a similar position due increase price of stock. The average yearly inflation rate is usually an increase of around 3%. The national living wage coming in on 1st April is going up 6.2%. If we don't move with the yearly increase, our salon wouldn't be able to afford to stay open.

The only way we can get round things is make a few changes. I really don't want to make our prices any higher. So I've decided that, after Janurary, we will have to scrap our weekly offers. To make up for it, I've adjusted our loyalty cards. As a thanks for your continued support and custom, you will receive money off your 3rd, 6th and 9th visit instead of your 5th and 10th.

Really hope everyone understands. Thank you again for your continued support!

A whole new year and the start of a new decade! Wow! ❤

We're back open tomorrow and our opening hours are back as they should be from tomorrow! Thank you for letting us have a chunk of time off to be with our families and friends. Feeling all refreshed and motivated!
