BYE, BYE BUMP ๐
If you have a bump on your nose you hate, you donโt have to live with it forever. You donโt have to drop thousands on surgery.
All you need is a little filler, and voila! Bump gone. I place hyaluronic acid filler around the bump to create the illusion of a straighter profile.
The bone underneath stays exactly the same, but the overall shape looks SO much smoother and more balanced. ๐

โBABY BOTOXโโฆ are we sure? ๐ฌ
People hear this phrase and assume itโs some revolutionary new category of treatment. It isnโt.
Itโs Botox. Just Botox with better branding.
Somewhere along the way, we decided that wrapping a medical treatment in a cute little nickname would make it feel more essential. More approachable. More urgent.
And now perfectly normal 23-year-olds are being told they need โpreventative Botoxโ before theyโve even had a chance to develop the thing theyโre supposedly preventing.
Funny how nobody is going viral by saying:
โจ Wear sunscreen.
โจ Protect your skin barrier.
โจ Stop treating sleep like a hobby.
โจ Be consistent with skincare.
Because thereโs not much to sell there.
And while weโre at it, letโs talk about โBaby Botox.โ
In most cases, all youโre really getting is less toxin.
And in toxin treatments, dose is longevity.
So a smaller dose doesnโt magically become a different treatment. It usually means less effect and a shorter duration. Youโre paying for a lighter result that wears off sooner.
Thatโs not necessarily wrong if itโs appropriate for the patient.
But letโs not pretend itโs some revolutionary anti-ageing hack.
The patients who age best in my clinic arenโt the ones who started Botox at the first sign of adulthood. Theyโre the ones who have looked after their skin for years.
Botox has a place. A very good one.

FOREHEAD FILLER. Yes, itโs a thing ๐
This patient had an indent in her forehead that always bothered her. Itโs one of those things you notice every time you look in the mirror and just wish wasnโt there ๐ช
All that was needed was a bit of filler placed carefully to smooth and reshape the area, and voila! The indent is gone.
The result is so subtle and so pretty. ๐
BUTโฆthe forehead is one of the riskiest areas to treat for filler in the entire face. It has arteries that connect directly to the ophthalmic arteries.
This means if filler goes into the wrong place, it can cause irreversible vision loss. Iโm not trying to scare you away from this treatment, but it is the reality when itโs done without proper care.
Thatโs exactly why I will not touch the forehead without ultrasound. I need to see exactly where my cannula is in relation to those vessels before I inject anything. Every single time. Non-negotiable.
โ ๏ธ If youโre considering forehead filler, please make sure your injector is using ultrasound. It matters more here than anywhere else.

Stockholm marathon - in the bag! ๐ธ๐ช
And deary me, it was PUNISHING ๐ฅต
25 degrees, humid and HILLY. And it was PACKED!
I stopped at EVERY aid station, hugged my cousin all three times I went past, and had a boogie at the rave tents. No PB this time, but sometimes you gotta go with the vibe ๐ฅฐ
