Catherine specialises in the assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Although developed for athletes sports therapy is a valid treatment for non-athletes with muscular aches and pains. Catherine is based in Maghull Therapy Clinic and can offer home visits and also works on a sessional basis at Liverpool Chiropractic and Sports Injury Clinic. At home visits Catherine can provide sports massage, soft tissue release, muscle energy techniques and kinesiology taping.

Congratulations to Sue who completed the tour of Merseyside!
Sue came to be at the beginning of the tour with some Lower back and hip pain. I done some soft tissue release, METs and taped up her lower back for support and gave her some additional stretches 💪
