Hello! I'm Joe. I'm the founder of Men:Minded.
My journey towards setting up Men:Minded started 5 years ago. My mental health fell to pieces. I was not in a good place at all. Over the next 3 years it steadily got worse. I was trapped in a world of depression, self loathing, addiction, anxiety, undiagnosed mental health conditions, and fear.
I felt lost and alone. Then 2 years ago things happened that changed my life for ever, and for the better. Over the past 2 years I have rebuilt my life brick by brick, and today it's better than ever.
I will tell my story over the next few months, but I wanted to give a message to all of you Men and Women who are struggling with poor mental health, with addiction, with poor self esteem. DONT GIVE UP. DONT STOP TRYING!
There is a wonderful world out there, and even though it might not seem like that now. You can change things, it can, and will get better if you try.
