Medium depth chemical peel update

Don’t be put off by this- wait for the final resulte!

Chemical peels are wonderful in clinic treatments that complement your home skincare.

You don’t have to start with strong peels with loads of downtime, and I would not suggest this. Start slow and build up

Vit C- know how to use it, or you are wasting your time and money.

Vitamin C is a fantastic ingredient for many people. L Ascorbic acid is the most common form of vitamin C used and here, formulation, storage and usage is key to make sure you are getting maximum benefit from the product.

L Ascorbic acid is highly unstable in light and hear so making sure it is stored in a cupboard away from heat and light is key.

The colour should be clear or a very pale Yellow. As the product is used, it may start to change to a brown or Orange colour and this means it is time to throw it away.
Ideally daily usage with correct storage (minimal light exposure) should get you though the product with minimal colour change and no waste.
