Celebrating International Women's Day by sending a high five to all the women who are juggling many balls in the air every day. ​​​​​​​​

I founded Sorbet because in juggling a busy job & business, living between two countries and then life as a parent, I found it increasingly hard to prioritise my self care. I have always been passionate about wellness (you name it, my friends will tell you I’ve tried it), but my own wellbeing had suddenly become an addition to the list of tasks on my to do list rather than a feeling I embodied. ​​​​​​​​

I'm on a mission to make it easier for women take better care of themselves. ​​​​​​​​

And because this year's theme is , a special shout out to the women fighting for a board room. business world, and home life free of bias and stereotype. ​​​​​​​​

Thank you to the female role models and educators who made me believe I could have, do and be anything because I was a woman, not in spite of. It is my hope that we can foster that belief in every little girl. ​​​​​​​​
