For Mental Health Awareness Week, I want to offer something more than just a "giveaway." I’m opening up my studio for 4 people to join me for a free, one-hour creative workshop.

We’ll be grounding ourselves in the process of making—casting marble eco-resin bases and hand-painting monk incense burners. No experience is needed, and there is no pressure to "be an artist." This is purely about the tactile, quiet joy of working with your hands.

Why I’m doing this:
I know that sometimes the hardest part of looking after our mental health is simply giving ourselves permission to stop. I’m covering all studio costs and materials because I want to provide a space where the only thing you have to focus on is the pour and the paint.
