Keep it pushing, met my goal tonight, beautiful night in London Town

Gonna be as real as possible on this weight loss and healthy living journey mainly for self accountability but also not stoping and giving up so easily like I feel I have been doing recently. I’m concentrating on myself, the kids and hubby are all now in a happy place now it’s my turn. Gonna do this!

Thank you 2020 for making me realise I’m stranger than I thought, major decisions that changed my outlook on life, struggles that have taught me I can do it, making me realise time is precious and we choose how to spend it, time given with my husband, children and family and most importantly the importance of self care and mental health. Bring on 2021 i’m ready and grateful. I’m not setting goals and challenges i’m just going to promise myself to continue to learn and grow and remember what is important to me. Happy New Year x

Your journey is yours, don’t rush it, take your time but just keep going and don’t give up. Been quiet recently on here because I really am thinking how I can step this up a bit, studying to finally have a career i’m passionate about and spending time with my hubby and kids ❤️and really making the most of the situation that we were put in this year. There are so many uplighting accounts, that have given me motivation and the push to start my own self love and care journey after years of putting being a mum first. The realisation that both can be done was a major change this year, people who really know me, know this was a struggle for me and still is but i’m definitely way better. I’ll still be doing my thing with Neal’s yard but i’m also going to be posting lots more !!! The people who have inspired me without realising it i’ll be sharing there accounts in the next few weeks in the hope it does the same for more people.
