Lower Liquid Blepharoplasty

The under-eye area is one of the most challenging areas to treat. Success isn’t about simply “filling the hollow” – it’s about restoring support while respecting the delicate anatomy.

In this case, we performed a Lower Liquid Blepharoplasty using different densities of dermal filler, carefully selected for each layer of the face.

A firmer filler was used to replace deep structural support where volume had been lost, while a softer, more flexible filler was placed superficially to blend the tear trough seamlessly into the cheek. By layering products with different rheological properties, we can create a smoother transition, soften shadows and restore a fresher appearance without looking overfilled.

✨ M-Shaped Lips: One of the Most Challenging Lip Corrections

Not all lip enhancements are about adding volume. Sometimes the real challenge is improving shape, balance, and proportion while keeping the lips natural.

An M-shaped lip can be particularly difficult to treat because the central peaks of the upper lip are often dominant, while the surrounding areas lack support. Simply adding volume can exaggerate the shape rather than improve it.

For this client, the goal wasn’t to create large lips. Instead, the focus was on:
✔️ Softening and correcting the M-shape of the upper lip
✔️ Improving overall balance and symmetry
✔️ Flattening and subtly lengthening the lower lip
✔️ Creating a softer, more defined “kissy” appearance
✔️ Maintaining a natural result that suits the face

What makes this result even more impressive is that only 0.75ml of filler was used. Strategic placement was far more important than the quantity of product.

This is a great example of how lip enhancement isn’t always about volume—it’s about understanding anatomy, respecting proportions, and using the right amount of product in the right place.

One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is that beautiful, natural-looking results happen in a single session. In reality, the best results are often achieved through a series of small, carefully planned treatments over time.

My approach has always been about making subtle changes, allowing the face to settle, reassessing, and then making further refinements only where needed.

The goal isn’t to completely change someone’s appearance. It’s to enhance their existing features, improve balance and proportion, and create a fresher, more harmonious version of themselves whilst still looking natural.

When treatments are rushed, it’s easy to lose the natural beauty that makes a face unique. Slow and steady allows us to build results gradually, keeping everything soft, elegant and in proportion.
