Cheltenham ladies’ day is less than 5 weeks away! I have a good selection of race-ready hats which I’ll be posting over the next few days. For today, here is a gorgeous vintage-style cloche. It manages to be both stylish and practical, in a British-made wool herringbone tweed crown and a fleece lining, with a bit of plush velvet too, on the upturned brim. I wore this yesterday on the school run and it kept me really cosy, so it would be perfect for a winter race meet.

Hot off my workbench, two bespoke caps for my children! I gave them the full bespoke experience and they chose very well! One flat cap in a gorgeous Harris Tweed, one Peaky Blinders-esque bakerboy cap in a charcoal herringbone. My absolute favourite part of millinery is to make something truly unique for the wearer, which reflects their personality. My boys decided to include their favourite animals. I had such a great day! I adore visiting stately homes and immersing myself in the history of places like this. We had our own guide who was so knowledgeable! I highly recommend a visit if you’re in Lancashire. Swipe through to the last image to see a dress worn by Lady De Hoghton at the Coronation of the late Queen. Fun fact, Hoghton Tower was used as a filming location for 🎥 (opening scenes of season 5, episode 3) Naturally, I wore my Peaky Blinders-style fitted cap for the occasion. Made with British wool woven in Huddersfield, I wear this loads, and delivered a bespoke one to a client last week.

I am thrilled and incredibly proud to share this image from a recent photoshoot for The headpiece is by me, paired with the Beau dress, one of the bespoke gowns from their 2026 Berkeley Collection which lands later this year. As a bespoke dress, it can be made in any size. The headpiece can also be made to fit you perfectly, secured with millinery elastic to match your own hair colour.

#2026 wedding

Here’s a lovely little headpiece I made for myself to wear to a special occasion next month. A hand-blocked beret base, covered in luxe fabric by . Trimmed with a simple sweeping knot of silk and straw, finished with delicate hand beading to complement the metallic thread running through the tweed. I’m really excited to wear this, and I think it will be a popular design for clients - it’s a really versatile piece that’s easy to wear and will look great in lots of other colours too.
