Since I created Sleepy JoJo Sleepy Me sleep & relaxation creams for my son, I made it part of my night time routine to use the cream myself and on particularly stressful days or on the many evenings where I've been working late, I use it to help me induce a state of relaxation and calm & I've not looked back. This is one of many reasons we wanted to make it available to everyone so all can benefit from completely organic, natural and vegan body creams which aid rest, relaxation and sleep.
