Just as i learned from one of my mentors Zig Ziglar many years ago, if you can help enough other people reach their goals and dreams, you will reach yours, and that is one of the goals of this organization!!! With over 31 years of experience of serious training with people trying to improve their level and 14-15 years of that with people competing or trying to qualify to compete on an International level. And as i reflect on the challenges i personally have had in 2014/2015 it reminds back to my childhood when i was very sick and almost dies a few times, which explained to me why health and fitness have become a labour of love.
