Fresh batch of chamomile balms and butters from Ezape Naturals and a cute little message on the box!

We've stocked Ezape since the beginning of Blomma and Vanessa was at our very first pop up. I love that she makes in really small batches by hand and you can tell they are made with a lot of love and good quality ingredients.

This box smells amazing and one of my favourite smells is chamomile so I'm very happy I get to unbox it today!

Taking our natural skincare knowledge on the road to offices and events has transformed Blomma and helped us react to the changing climate for small business in the UK at the moment

So thankful for the local council funding we got that enabled us to develop a menu of experiences to compliment and showcase the products we offer. It's taken us to some really cool places and we sometimes pinch ourselves that big name companies have even heard of us and want us to come in and waffle on about aromatherapy and facial massage

Nobody joined our live class tonight, despite having the most signs ups yet!

Hosting online chats and demonstrations was something I brought back from the covid archives and the first 2 sessions had people joining so it felt good to be on a roll with the expectation of more people joining this week

No one told me they couldn't make it. I'd spent the afternoon making notes and preparing a relaxing massage ritual.

Ten minutes in, I signed off of the video call and decided to go live on Tik tok instead so as not to waste all of my prep. Thankfully I did get people sitting and watching for a long time but then I got a creepy comment right at the end.

I love sharing my knowledge and everyone is saying Tik tok is the best place for lives...but I wonder if I should do an Instagram one instead 🤔 what do you think? I wanted to do video meets so that it felt more private and supportive for Q&A. Should I persevere or try an Instagram live next week instead?

This is our new, very sophisticated and tecchy review capturing tool...only joking! As with most things we find that simplicity is best and how we capture reviews at the studio is no different

Recently I read that AI searches prioritise making recommendations for websites that have lots of reviews (and good ones too). When you're a small business up against the online giants, that may make things tricky for us

We're lucky that we have amazing reviews and they are all from people who have genuinely used our products, had a treatment or come to a workshop with us but having more reviews gives us more chances to show up across the internet

So if you show us that you've reviewed us at the studio, you'll get a lucky dip in our sample box as a small thank you for sharing the love. We just started it this weekend and gained 10 new reviews in 2 days. We'll definitely keep this going. It's fun and great for our small business, not just for getting reviews but hearing first hand what's good but what could also be improved
