The bubba in this bump turns 17 today, and yet I can remember this day like it was yesterday! My lovely pal & doula took this pic mid surge - and having waited an extra two weeks to meet her I was SO excited!🥰
She was born (TOO many hours later) with such wide open eyes - and started giving us knowing side eye (like the second pic) from day 2!
Happy Birthday Ella Bella - thank you for being you, and making us parents all those years ago - still the best thing we’ve ever done having you and your sis. We love you loads. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

If you know me, you know I’m passionate about supporting pre and postnatal mamas and birthing folk - I do my bit in my little studio in Brighton - but are an organisation who work with many many new mums, holding space and easing the huge transition into first and second time motherhood.
Trouble is they need more funding, to run more classes, because at the moment they can’t meet demand. I have seen first hand with many of my clients what a difference this group makes, and it makes me sad that yet again lack of proper funding is slowing down the support that all mums need and deserve.
So….it’s my 45th birthday on Tuesday 29th November, and I wondered if I may be so bold as to ask anyone who I have ever helped feel a little better with my massage work or supported online or in person pre or postnatally - to donate the price of a birthday tipple to my go fund me - so that I can raise some money for this wonderful organisation! I hear these words about 5 times a week ‘oh god, sorry I forgot to shave my legs’ 🤷🏼‍♀️ladies, let’s clear something up...we don’t care! 🤷🏼‍♀️As soon as you lay on that couch we are mapping muscles, looking at alignment and working out what muscle group we need to tackle first for the best results. The last thing on our mind is how hairy your legs are! And no, they aren’t spikey to massage over! So you see, there’s really no problem! Just relax and enjoy your massage, the only thing about your legs you need to worry about, is me getting into that ITB!😉 .
