My work is my passion. Besides cosmetology, I also engage for many years in holistic therapies, which gives me a deeper understanding and knowledge in both fields. Let's talk about hair—those that adorn our heads and those that are thick and bothersome in unwanted parts of the body. Every hair goes through a process of growth and shedding. The anagen phase, which is the active growth phase of hair, lasts from 2 to roughly 6 years. Sometimes, for various reasons, premature hair loss occurs, which starts to worry us, especially when it concerns the hair on our scalp.
Did you know that our body cleanses itself of past traumas and past stress through hair loss? Each hair follicle has cellular memory from our body, where our emotions and experienced trauma are stored. This relates to the area where there is energetical disharmony, connected with health issue.

Let's talk about a very important topic: our external appearance, specifically our skin. Many people struggle with various skin issues, with acne being one of the most well-known and persistent problems. There are many types of acne and numerous underlying causes that can exacerbate or trigger these stubborn breakouts, such as hormonal imbalances, genetic predispositions, improper skincare routines, the presence of bacteria, and so on. However, one of the most significant causes is an improper diet. The way we eat every day is almost visibly reflected through our skin. An unhealthy lifestyle, excessive consumption of highly processed foods, and the use of stimulants all contribute to the accumulation of toxins in our bodies, which weaken our health. The excretory role for the byproducts of metabolism and toxins is fulfilled not only by our excretory system but also by the respiratory system and the skin. If toxins ( heavy metals )cannot be expelled through other means, the body tries to eliminate them through the skin, leading to unwanted breakouts, and other skin issues. An equally important element is the psychological aspect—stress often underlies the development of skin issues. Stress-induced pimples can appear both during adolescence and in adulthood. Accumulated nerves and unexpressed emotions affect the secretion of sebum, leading to inflammatory conditions. Before deciding on antibiotics or isotretinoin, take a closer look at your body, lifestyle, mental health and dietary habits, as these may be key to the problem you're dealing with. In the treatment of various forms of acne, vitamins also play a significant role, most notably:
zinc is used to reduce the production of sebum, the skin's natural oil. Reducing the amount of oil on the skin protects against bacteria, infections, and inflammation. A minimal amount of zinc per day is sufficient for it to be effective. Zinc is used to transport vitamin A from the liver to the rest of the body. Vitamin A, also known as retinol, is responsible for the appearance and health of our skin. Its deficiency results in dry skin and, most notably, acne-related changes. B-group vitamins – in this case, particularly important is vitamin B2 (riboflavin), the deficiency of which increases seborrhea (excess oil production).

Currently, in the aesthetic medicine/cosmetology market, new and improved devices are constantly emerging. However, I believe that one of the best rejuvenating and imperfection-correcting treatments is still the ablative fractional CO2 laser.

The ablative fractional laser is a device that emits a beam with a wavelength of 10,600 nanometres, which works by evaporating the epidermis and the upper layer of the dermis, as well as tightening collagen fibres, stimulating and activating our immune system to respond for natural tissue regeneration.

For about 5 days, the epidermis peels off, and complete regeneration lasts up to 3 months, during which time we will observe the wonderful effects that this treatment provides.

The ablative fractional laser is very effective in minimizing post-acne scars, which I will list below: atrophic scars, hypertrophic scars, and, lastly, keloid scars (which in my opinion are not suitable for this type of treatment).
Indications are :
Scars (acne scars, post-surgical, post-traumatic, burn scars),
Stretch marks,
Hyperpigmentation,
Photoaging of the skin (removal of fine wrinkles and smoothing of deep wrinkles),
Smoothing and increasing the elasticity of the skin,
When combined with appropriately selected treatments, we can achieve truly spectacular results. Let’s also not forget about the time and patience required for treatments correcting imperfections.

Nowadays, many people are affected by the problem of hair loss, a condition characterized by the progressive cessation of hair production in the hair follicle. There are different types of hair loss, with the most common being anagenic alopecia, androgenic alopecia, scarring alopecia, and telogenic alopecia. Various factors contribute to the problem of premature hair loss, such as deficiencies in the body caused by poor diet, hormonal imbalances, stress, allergies, accompanied by eczema, and so on.
A very helpful treatment that supports the process of addressing the causes of hair loss is the use of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) a stem cells which naturally and effectively promote hair growth, Additionally, vitamin-rich mesotherapy cocktails are also available as an excellent alternative for treating hair loss.

Microneedling treatments provide incredible results, minimizing the appearance of visible wrinkles and acne scars. Microneedle biostimulation is also effective in regenerating aging skin.
This treatment stimulates the skin's natural regenerative processes. Using pulsating needles, with active substances that are introduced into the epidermis and dermis. The procedure involves intense, dense, and appropriately deep needling of specific areas of the body

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is an autologous blood-derived material obtained from the patient's own blood. It is a platelet concentrate that contains a range of factors that accelerate the formation of new blood vessels and the construction of new cells
This procedure is considered one of the safest treatments due to its biocompatibility and immunological neutrality, which means it does not carry the risk of allergic reactions
