Sleep is the most underrated aesthetic treatment. And it costs nothing.

I say this to patients often. No serum, no injectable, no procedure can fully compensate for chronic poor sleep. It is not a lifestyle preference. It is a clinical reality.

“How do I know which treatment is right for me?”

A question I am asked every day. And here is my honest answer.

Most people arrive knowing exactly what they want. They have done their research. They have a treatment in mind. That is completely understandable.

My job is to understand whether that is where we should begin.

Sunekos is one of the treatments I use most consistently. Not because it is fashionable, but because the science behind it is sound and the results I see in clinic are genuine.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗲𝗸𝗼𝘀?
Sunekos is a patented injectable combining six amino acids with hyaluronic acid. Together they stimulate fibroblasts, the cells responsible for producing collagen and elastin, to rebuild the extracellular matrix from within. This is not volumisation. It is biological restoration.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘀
𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗲𝗸𝗼𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟬 is the foundation product. Suitable for all skin types. Particularly effective in the periorbital area for dark circles and fine lines. A course of four sessions, each around 15 minutes, with no downtime.

Skin quality and facial volume. They are not the same thing.

This is one of the most important distinctions in aesthetics, and one of the most commonly overlooked.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲?
Facial volume refers to the fullness and projection of the face. It is shaped by fat compartments, bone structure, and the support architecture beneath the skin. Most traditional aesthetic treatments address facial volume. They add back what has been lost.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆?
Skin quality is different. It refers to the health of the skin itself. Its texture, hydration, elasticity, and its ability to repair and regenerate at a cellular level. Collagen density. Barrier integrity. Inflammation control. These things cannot be injected. They have to be cultivated.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝗼 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱?
Because facial volume correction can make skin look temporarily better. A fuller face reflects light differently. Fine lines appear softer. The result looks fresher. But this is an illusion. The skin itself has not changed.

I treat skin quality first. Always. Before considering volume, I want to understand the health of the tissue. A face treated on depleted skin rarely looks its best, regardless of how well the treatment is placed. Improving skin quality changes the canvas. It makes every subsequent treatment more effective, more natural, and longer lasting.

This is why regenerative treatment is always part of the conversation.

There are things I will not do regardless of what is asked. I will not treat to a look seen online. I will not recommend a procedure without a proper assessment. I will not prioritise a short-term result over long-term tissue integrity.

My work sits at the intersection of 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘆. Every decision is grounded in evidence, guided by facial harmony, and built around the individual.
