Keeping skin hydrated during warmer weather is just as important as during the cooler months.

When skin becomes dehydrated, it can increase sebum (oil) production as it attempts to compensate for the lack of moisture.

Luminess Hydra Crème delivers long lasting hydration through biomimetic ingredients, that mirror the skin’s Natural Moisturising Factor (NMF). Saccharide Isomerate, Hyaluronic Acid, and Glycerine help attract and retain moisture, for a soft, balanced and hydrated complexion.

Meet some of the talented artisans behind our Pēke.

We partnered with .wrap a , a CIC impact-led business creating meaningful employment opportunities for local communities in India.

Each Pēke is crafted from certified recycled cotton, giving new life to textile offcuts that might otherwise go to waste. By repurposing existing materials, we help reduce the demand for virgin cotton and divert valuable resources from landfill.

Meet the Iris - a plant cell complex widely used in cosmetics, known for its clinically studied and proven benefits.

I’ve put together 4 slides exploring the clinical evidence behind the ingredient, why it has become so popular in formulations, and also why some brands choose not to use it.

I also wanted to share the cost behind the ingredient. I wasn’t completely sure about including this at first, but I felt it was important for transparency and to give a real insight into the costs involved in formulating premium botanical skincare products.

Let me know what you think, and if there’s another ingredient you’d like me to talk about next.
