🛁 Shower massage bars
You need:
– shea butter
– cocoa butter
– coconut butter
– beeswax
– vitamin E
– essential oils (ylang-ylang, geranium, lavender)
– silicone molds
– optional: dried coffee grounds (for exfoliation)
Melt 2 tbsp of each butter with 5–6 tbsp beeswax (water bath).
Let cool for 10–15 minutes, then add:
– vitamin E
– 10–20 drops essential oils
Add coffee grounds to molds (optional), then pour mixture.
Let harden (or refrigerate to speed up).
Use on wet skin in the shower for soft, nourished skin. ✨

Healing past trauma (feedback from client)
