Hope you're all ok out there..?

Life is challenging right now.
Many teachers in the spiritual community, have talked about what is happening or may occurr, in our surroundings, countries etc.

I believe all experinces teach us something
even if we are not aware what those teachings are when going through a trauma, sad event, hurtful experince etc...
I think for most people their aha moments kick in later and they realise the "why" of the experience...

Sometimes things are hidden from view, people hide themselves too., by putting their feelings to one side or bury deep within them selves painful or overwhelming emotions.

My life experince and story, has had its fair share of twists and turns I have stumbled and fallen too !
I witness the daily unfolding of those I am closest too, friends, family and also my clients, navigate their challenges.

This time frame we are living through is the "great awakening ."
We are going to feel pushed, pulled, challenged, upside down and inside out, also
tired, exhuasted frustrated, angry, and with all probability many other emotions and feelings will arise too.

Whatever happens that pushes your internal buttons and your intuition prompts, inner truth to take brave steps to change yourself and life..we are all connected on all levels, knowingly or unknowingly...
The golden gateway of the ascension timeline and life here on Terra is morphing into 5th dimensional existence .
