Born in Mexico and walking the path of ancestral medicine, Ricardo carries the wisdom of the Mayan and Latin American traditions. His cacao ceremonies are powerful spaces for healing the heart, awakening purpose, and activating deep love and emotional harmony.

The spirit of cacao guides you gently to let go of what no longer serves and align with your higher vibration.

*About Ricardo*:
Ricardo Goni is a BACP-accredited Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and Gestalt Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience. Blending therapeutic expertise with ancestral rituals, he offers a grounded and heart-centered space for inner transformation. His ceremonies are deeply influenced by the Mayan Tzotzil lineage and the teachings of plant medicine, sound, and spiritual ecology.

Cinnamen began training with the Sound Healing Academy because of her fascination with the transformative capacities of therapeutic sound, delving deeper into the finer nuances of sound healing. Cinnamen has been hosting sound, energy and body workshops for many years.
Cinnamen is an intuitive holistic practitioner and shamanic healer working from her private practice in north London. She has worked previously as a practitioner at Shine Holistic and Yoga Home in Stoke Newington, before starting her own practice.

Releasing any that heaviness that you may taken on from others, your own or your ancestors shifting to a lighter more expansive you. I will be playing combinations of notes and instruments which help to release and support the heart center and emotion.

I will begin with a gentle specific note combination on the crystal singing bowls to allow you to release, cleanse, and clear heavy stagnant emotions, you will only move what you are comfortably ready to shift. Expect emotions to come to the surface in this safe space.
This will then be followed by the beautiful gentle wind gong and other instruments to support your healing from past experiences and transformation. My intention is you will leave feeling expansion, harmony and bliss. An invitation to open the heart centre, receive more love and give more love.

Rest in the support of the sound waves that help to relax the central nervous system giving your body and mind a break from doing.
Reset, to have more emotional stability, clarity about what direction you wish to head and how to move forward, and to feel more whole, balanced and offering the opportunity to connect to the limitless you.

I will begin with a little breath work and guided meditation to align your mind and body in order to receive. Then I will start with drumming journey to allow you to release, cleanse, and clear only what you are comfortably ready to shift. Reach those hidden places of pain, fear, stagnation, cleanse the mind of chatter, let go of destructive patterns and heavy emotions.

I will play specially selected instruments to support your relaxing to allow the central nervous system to take a break from the busy doing, to rest, receive and be in stillness.
