have recently done some amazing research and found that humidity can be just as important as temperature in how your body responds to sauna.
When loyly (water onto the stones) is added the increased humidity:
1️⃣Raised heart rate 🫀
2️⃣ Raised core body temperature
The lesson - a proper sauna experience needs both heat and humidity 🤟🏼
