Ingredients Sweet potato 5 kg Onion 500 grm Carrot 200 grm Cloves garlic 8 to 10 Ginger 50 grm Cumin tbsp Salt and pepper Oil 5 to 6 tbsp Put everything in roasting tray , roast in oven for 30 minutes 180 , once roasted transfer to a pot add vegetable stock , check seasoning add cream and serve it ! 29/01/2026
