Busy processing this organic tree in my very own garden. Getting ready to process products with this truly amazing gift from nature. This tree is only a year and a half old she is really easy to look after and maintain. I have another one 8months old and it has grown taller than this one will have to start pruning it soon, so that it can start to bear seeds.I wonder who can recognise this tree and name this tree comment below.

They say we don't read I have had this book for 6 years now and I have read it at least 9 times. I don't do Tel lie vision music and books are my thing. So if you know you know. Okra soup with fufu draw and swallow. I guess it's the creole in me. I eat this and then I immediately went for a snooze belly full till I couldn't move. Healthy eating should of had it with fonio but I need to swallow. I think when you swallow you feel full much quicker, or is it just me comment below my African family and friends. Bearing in mind I am more of a grain eater. Have a wonderful few days off never let them tell you it's the weak end.
