This shop has recently trended, but I waited a few days before writing this review.

Not because I didn’t have thoughts
but because I didn’t want my judgment clouded by emotions.
And I definitely didn’t want to ride the hype.

I wanted this review to be based on logic, experience, and real transactions.

I first purchased from The Lib-ROAR-y back in 2024, and then again just last month.

So here’s my honest take.

When I scroll through their shop, it genuinely feels curated and premium. You can see the effort poured into every post. Nothing feels rushed or careless. And just to be clear, no shade to sellers who post through the comment section. I actually love thread posting. Some of my best book deals came from comments.

One thing I truly appreciate is that they show the actual condition of the books in the comments. You get a clear sneak peek of what’s inside and an honest look at any wear before deciding.

As a mom on a budget, that matters. It helps you decide if a book is worth your money, your expectations, and your toddler’s needs.

Pricing: 9/10
Their books are very affordable. They’re one of the few sellers I’ve seen who sell Usborne Touchy-Feely (TNM) books at around ₱150, which is a big deal for moms collecting a series to build a home library. They also included freebies with my order.

Packaging: 10/10
As you can see in the video, the books were bubble-wrapped, placed inside a box, then wrapped again with another layer of bubble wrap. Secure, thoughtful, and clearly done with care.

Book Quality: 9/10
The books I received were in good used condition. Preloved, yes. Damaged beyond reason? No.

Customer Service: 10/10
They sent photos of the exact books I ordered before packing and before shipment. They also allow piling, which is a huge plus for moms trying to save on shipping.

Delivery:
This one’s on the courier. My order took a bit longer to arrive, but it was the holiday season with bulk orders everywhere. What matters is that the books arrived safe and in good condition.

To be honest, at first I didn’t think my toddler would like it.
The art felt a little… vintage. Our kids are so used to bright, modern illustrations, so I was convinced she wouldn’t enjoy it as much.

• Adjectives (big, small, sleepy, quiet, colors)
• Verbs (go, sleep, rock, walk)
• Prepositions (in, on, out, below)
