I’m not VEGAN but I’m going more that way ... dairy free wheat free and sugar free ....cooking is very experimental and time consuming for vegans and hard to start with SO I’m going to share posts /recommendations of food I’ve found are ones to try ( keepers ), likewise those I struggle with if anyone else can help with, I hope this helps others who like me have needed to /want to eat healthier 👍 as well as myself

Today I made a SALAD DRESSING which was delicious !!!
I didn’t have lemons in so I used a fresh orange squeezed, table spoon of flaked almonds, olive oil 2 tablespoons, a table spoon of fresh chopped coriander, a table spoon of fresh basil chopped, a tea spoon of parsley, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 chilli chopped and 1 slice chopped red onion all mixed together .....so yummy !
