My Name is Hazel Bastock
I am a qualified L2 gym/fitness instructor with certificates in kettlebell training and sports nutrition. I am also a keen body builder, runner, general fitness fanatic, advocate of clean/healthy eating, and an ambassador for Gym Monkee clothing. Hello all! An update on future classes after the closure of BBF.
I will now be doing kettlecore classes at lydney Community centre starting tomorrow Wednesday 27th April and starting Mondays classes from Monday 9th may. I am now moving over to a prepay system to make sure rent costs are covered and I have sure numbers each week. Let me know if you would like to rejoin classes or join for the first time and if you require more info. Looking forward to seeing you all at my new location!
Hey guys kettlecore will have to be cancelled tonight as I’m stuck at a fire incident and won’t make it back in time. All classes on as normal next week. Please let me know if you can attend.

Hey all, just to let you know I’ve tested positive for covid yesterday. Meaning I’m in isolation until midnight on Friday 12th November.
So no classes until Monday 15th November. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this.
